What you receive
An IPTV subscription is access to a streaming service delivered over your internet connection instead of a satellite dish or a cable line. What you buy here is a subscription period plus the credentials and setup details needed to sign in.
Every plan on this page states its duration in the product title. After payment, your access details arrive on your order page and by email; where a plan requires manual provisioning, our team completes it and confirms on WhatsApp — the product page tells you which kind you are buying before you pay.
- Subscription periods from a single month up to a full year
- Works on smart TVs, Android boxes, phones, tablets and computers
- Setup assistance included — we walk you through the first install
What your connection needs to handle it
IPTV is ordinary video streaming, so the limiting factor is your internet, not the subscription. As a rule of thumb, standard definition is comfortable on a few megabits, HD wants a stable connection in the high single digits, and 4K needs considerably more plus low jitter.
In practice, ADSL lines struggle with 4K and are fine for HD; fibre and 4G/5G handle everything as long as the signal is steady. If your connection drops during evening peak hours, a lower-resolution stream will hold up far better than a higher one — that is a network reality, not a fault of the subscription.
Wired ethernet beats Wi-Fi for a TV that sits in one place. If you must use Wi-Fi, the 5 GHz band and a router in the same room make a bigger difference than any player setting.
Choosing a duration
Short plans are for trying a service out and confirming it works well on your line and your device. Longer plans cost less per month and save you the renewal admin, which is why 6 and 12-month subscriptions are the most common orders.
If this is your first subscription, start short. Once you know the service behaves well on your connection at the hours you actually watch, move to a longer plan on renewal.
Support that stays with you
Most IPTV problems are setup problems: the wrong player app, credentials entered with a stray space, a router that needs a restart, or a device that has drifted out of sync. All of that is solvable in a few minutes with someone on the other end of a message.
Our support team answers on WhatsApp seven days a week in Arabic, French and English, and helps with the first install as part of the purchase. Keep your order reference — it is the fastest way for us to find your subscription.
