1. Acceptance

By using Odigix you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Digital goods are final-sale

Once a code is delivered and revealed, the sale is final. If a code is non-functional on first redemption, contact support for a replacement or refund.

3. Account

You're responsible for your account credentials. Don't share them. Multi-account abuse (e.g. to farm coupons) results in account suspension.

4. Pricing & availability

Prices and stock can change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at erroneous prices.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. For digital goods, refunds are only available if the code wasn't revealed or wasn't functional.
