What Valorant Points buy
VP is Valorant's paid currency. It buys the battle pass each act, weapon skin bundles from the rotating store and the Night Market, agent contract unlocks, and Radianite Points for upgrading skins you already own.
Two things are worth knowing before you spend. The battle pass is the cheapest recurring purchase and returns Radianite and cosmetics across the act. Skin bundles are the expensive end and rotate out — if a bundle you want is in the store now, that window is the purchase decision, not the VP itself.
- Battle pass each act, plus the free track alongside it
- Weapon skin bundles, the rotating store and the Night Market
- Agent unlocks and Radianite Points for skin upgrades
Region matters — MENA, EU or NA
Riot codes are issued per region and Valorant accounts are bound to the region they were created in. Most Algerian players are on the MENA servers, which is the closest option and the one with sensible ping; some play on EU West for a fuller player pool at high ranks.
Buy the code that matches your account's region, not the region you would prefer. The region is written into every product title on this page, and you can see your own on the Riot account page. If you have accounts on two regions, be deliberate about which one you are topping up.
Redeeming a Riot code
Redeem on the Riot account page under Redeem Codes, or in the Valorant client from the store screen. The points land on your account immediately and stay there until you spend them.
Codes are single-use and bound to the first account that redeems them, so redeem on the account you actually play. If you are buying for someone else, hand over the code untouched.
Why prepaid codes work better from Algeria
Riot bills in foreign currency through payment providers that expect an internationally enabled card. Most Algerian debit cards cannot complete that transaction, and repeated failed attempts are a good way to get a payment method flagged.
A prepaid code takes the card out of the picture. You pay here in dinars with CIB or Edahabia, and Riot only ever sees a valid code redeemed on your account.
